Refund and Returns Policy

1. Event Overview

The Kalorama Guitar Weekend is a music retreat held from 21–23 November 2025 at Panorama Retreat & Resort, Kalorama, Victoria. The event is designed for adult participants interested in acoustic guitar music, education, and performance.

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms.

2. Booking Terms

  • Ticket purchases are made securely through this website using WooCommerce and Stripe.

  • Prices are inclusive of meals, accommodation, and all retreat sessions, unless otherwise specified.

  • Each ticket type specifies whether the booking is for a single or double room, and whether it includes a participating partner or non-participating guest.

  • You must be 18 years or older to attend, or accompanied by an adult guardian.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event start date.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the event.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.

All cancellations must be requested by email at info@kaloramaguitarweekend.com. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
