- Two attendees/double room occupancy – Two people, double room accommodation and full participation in weekend events – $4560
- Two attendees/twin room occupancy – Two people, twin share room accommodation and full participation in weekend events – $4560
- Single attendee & one non-participating partner/double room occupancy – Double accommodation for one participating person and one non-participant – $3,700
(Please note that the non-participating person package includes bed, breakfast, dinners and participation in post-dinner entertainment on both evenings, but will not include workshops and plenary sessions.)

Refund policy
- Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before the event.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the event.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@kaloramaguitarweekend.com
